Members

• Members are expected to be active in the association.
• Treat others as you would like to be treated.
• Pay all dues and other fees on time.

Horses

• Horses are to be registered with the ER.
• All breeds of horses are welcome.
• Every horse must be up-to-date with veterinary and farrier care.
• Weanlings must be 6 months old to compete.
• Horses may compete in the HLBF until they are 4 years old.
• Horses must stop competing with the HLBF once they turn 5 years old.

Nominations

• Horses can be nominated by anyone (not necessarily the owner).
• Nomination Fees are due(in full) with nomination form.
• Weanlings must be at least 6 months old to compete.
• Horses must be nominated within 1 month of birth.
• You may only nominate 2 horses per breeding season a year.
  This means that you may only nominate 2 weanlings, 2 yearlings, etc...
